Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop electronic circuits and firmware for equipment and test systems
- Perform advanced fault troubleshooting down to component level
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Develop and implement test procedures to validate system performance
- Document design specifications, test results, and maintenance procedures
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics and firmware development
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and PCB design
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and/or Python
- Experience with debugging tools and equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to the defense sector
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
