INGO Manufacturing Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this key role, you will take the lead in designing and developing advanced electronics for our next-generation smart hygiene dispensers. We are looking for a problem-solver who can transform complex engineering requirements into robust, reliable, and scalable hardware solutions.
As a Senior Engineer, you will own the electronics design lifecycle, from initial concept and schematic capture through to PCB layout, prototype assembly, and mass production testing. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside mechanical and software teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic components into our smart product ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and validation of advanced electronics for smart hygiene dispensers and related IoT products.
- Design high-density PCB layouts and schematics using industry-standard tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.
- Develop and debug embedded firmware for microcontrollers to control sensor inputs, dispensing mechanisms, and wireless communication protocols.
- Conduct thorough circuit analysis, simulation, and testing to ensure product reliability, safety, and performance under various environmental conditions.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers to ensure proper integration of electronics within the physical product housing.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including BOMs, design rules, and manufacturing files.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex electronic design challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in electronics design, embedded systems, and PCB design.
- Strong proficiency in PCB design software (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD) and schematic capture.
- Experience with microcontroller programming (ARM Cortex, STM32, PIC) and embedded C/C++.
- Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (BLE, Wi-Fi) and sensor integration.
- Deep understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet project deadlines.
