As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will be at the forefront of product development, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our electronics are not only high-performing but also reliable and cost-effective. You will influence the entire product lifecycle—from initial schematic design to high-volume production. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design and development of complex electronic circuits and PCBA layouts.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration and optimal product performance.
- Execute Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testing (DFT) strategies to improve production yields and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Manage the end-to-end prototyping process, including component selection, PCB fabrication oversight, and board bring-up.
- Conduct rigorous root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for hardware failures at both the prototype and production stages.
- Oversee compliance and regulatory testing, including EMC/EMI and safety certifications, to ensure global market readiness.
- Work closely with external vendors and manufacturing partners to source high-quality components and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in electronics hardware development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in electronics design and hardware development, preferably in a mass-production environment.
- Expertise in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics for schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Strong technical knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, power management, and high-speed signal integrity.
- Proven track record of taking products from the design phase through to successful high-volume manufacturing.
- Familiarity with microcontroller architectures (ARM, ESP32, etc.) and communication protocols like I2C, SPI, and USB.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and a disciplined approach to documentation and testing.
