Tanggung Jawab
As a Senior Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement robust MLOps pipelines for the secure and scalable deployment of Agentic AI solutions within a financial context.
- Engineer and optimize infrastructure for hosting, monitoring, and managing complex AI models, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to translate novel agentic AI algorithms and prototypes into production-ready systems, focusing on reliability and efficiency.
- Implement stringent security protocols, data governance, and compliance measures to meet regulatory requirements for financial technology applications.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning of AI systems to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, cloud architecture, and DevOps for AI model lifecycle management.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Kualifikasi
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, MLOps, or deploying complex software systems, preferably within fintech or a regulated industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in developing production-grade AI applications and API integrations.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, neural networks, and a keen interest in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced AI paradigms.
- Familiarity with financial industry concepts, data security best practices, and regulatory compliance (e.g., MAS guidelines).
- Proven ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure system architectures for AI deployment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
