Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop building automation and control systems for HVAC, lighting, and energy management.
- Program and configure Direct Digital Controllers (DDCs) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for building management systems.
- Create and maintain control system documentation, including submittals, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operations.
- Perform system commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure proper operation and functionality.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and codes to ensure innovative and compliant solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building automation systems and controls programming.
- Proficiency in programming DDC controllers (e.g., Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell) and PLC/SCADA systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building management concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
