Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement innovative coastal protection solutions against erosion and flooding
- Oversee PUB-compliant inland drainage system development and maintenance projects
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analysis for engineering initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols
- Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and progress reports for stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coastal engineering or drainage systems
- Proven expertise with PUB (Singapore's National Water Agency) projects and standards
- Strong proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, hydraulic modeling tools)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Excellent project management skills with successful large-scale infrastructure delivery
- Knowledge of climate-resilient design principles and sustainable water management practices
