Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve complex customer quality issues, serving as the primary point of contact for technical quality concerns.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) activities using 8D, DMAIC, or FMEA methodologies to identify process gaps and drive effective corrective actions.
- Monitor process stability and manufacturing metrics to ensure consistent product output and adherence to established quality control plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Production teams to mitigate quality risks during new product introductions (NPI) and mass production.
- Conduct regular quality audits and internal process reviews to ensure full compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Prepare and present comprehensive quality performance reports and improvement plans to internal stakeholders and key customers.
- Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing scrap rates, enhancing yield, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality engineering within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry standard tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans).
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor packaging processes, assembly, and testing operations.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure customer communication and conflict resolution.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets to drive technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; familiarity with customer-facing documentation standards is highly preferred.
