Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines to aggregate and clean data from multiple disparate sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards using industry-standard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies impacting business operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate analytics into core product features and internal reporting tools.
- Automate complex manual reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Translate technical findings into clear, concise executive presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance across all analytics platforms and cloud environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in data engineering or advanced business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) for data manipulation.
- Proven track record in designing high-quality, user-centric data visualizations and business dashboards.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and cloud-based data architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data governance.
