Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines to integrate data from diverse manufacturing systems and IoT sensors.
- Develop advanced analytical models to monitor business performance and predict operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into clear, data-driven business strategies.
- Implement data visualization dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to provide real-time insights for stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity and reducing waste through data-driven decisions.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity, security, and governance across all manufacturing databases.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of analytical excellence within the Smart Manufacturing team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data engineering or advanced analytics, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Strong experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and big data technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in building automated dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements.
- Experience with Industry 4.0 concepts and IoT integration is highly preferred.
