We are seeking an inspirational, forward-thinking Senior Electrical Engineer to join our building services division. As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of complex electrical systems for diverse projects, including commercial developments, industrial facilities, and key infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with clients, mentor junior engineers, and drive sustainable, energy-efficient design practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the electrical engineering design (including LV/HV power distribution, standby generation, lighting, lightning protection, and ELV systems) for major building and infrastructure projects.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, architects, contractors, and relevant statutory authorities to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor, guide, and share technical knowledge with junior and intermediate engineers to support their professional development.
- Perform comprehensive electrical system calculations, transient analyses, and utilize BIM/Revit tools for design coordination.
- Manage project deliverables, budgets, and timelines, ensuring high-quality outputs that comply with Singapore standards and safety regulations.
- Incorporate sustainable design methodologies and green building technologies (such as Green Mark requirements) into engineering solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in electrical design consultancy, ideally within Singapore's building services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore Standards (CP5, SS638, etc.), local building codes, and authority submission procedures.
- Proven track record of managing design projects and leading small, collaborative engineering teams.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as Revit MEP, Amtech, ETAP, or Dialux.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong passion for collaborative learning and knowledge sharing.
