Vanguard International Semiconductor Singapore Pte. Ltd., a leading provider in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Engineer or Engineer to join our Diffusion team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive support and maintenance of all Diffusion Wet Equipment tools and issues, ensuring 24x7 operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize process performance, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of the engineering team, you will play a vital role in sustaining production throughput, reducing downtime, and enhancing equipment reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide 24/7 technical support and troubleshooting for all Diffusion Wet Equipment tools to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Develop, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for wet equipment.
- Collaborate with process engineering teams to resolve tool-related process issues and improve yield.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for equipment upgrades and repairs.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects focused on equipment performance, cost reduction, and safety.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures and deviations.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and training materials for operations and maintenance teams.
- Participate in the evaluation and qualification of new tools and technologies to support future manufacturing needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering, specifically with diffusion wet equipment.
- Strong understanding of wet clean and diffusion processes, including chemistry and equipment hardware.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues under pressure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and support shift rotations if needed.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.
