- Lead comprehensive quality audits and compliance assessments across manufacturing processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement solutions
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and compliance procedures
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices in quality management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or compliance management
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.)
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Certification in quality management (Six Sigma, CQE, etc.) is preferred
