Join ST Engineering Marine as a Senior Engineer, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and lead critical initiatives that safeguard our workforce, environment, and operations. This pivotal role requires strategic expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive EHS programs across complex engineering projects. You'll drive compliance with international standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) while fostering a culture of proactive risk management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will directly contribute to sustainable operational excellence and regulatory adherence in Singapore's dynamic marine engineering sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement EHS management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Lead risk assessments and hazard analysis for engineering projects and marine operations
- Conduct comprehensive EHS audits and ensure corrective action implementation
- Develop emergency response plans and incident investigation protocols
- Coordinate regulatory compliance reporting for MOM and NEA requirements
- Mentor junior engineers and EHS personnel on best practices
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking and data analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 8 years of EHS experience in heavy industry or marine engineering
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or NEBOSH certification required
- Proven expertise in Singaporean EHS regulations (MOM, NEA)
- Strong project management skills with ISO 14001 lead auditor experience
- Advanced knowledge of risk assessment methodologies (FMEA, HAZOP)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across all levels
