- Lead and mentor engineering teams to troubleshoot complex equipment issues in F10 probe manufacturing workflows
- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions for process optimization and predictive maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, and quality control protocols
- Interface with suppliers to source and integrate new technologies for probe manufacturing processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in semiconductor manufacturing operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly in probe fabrication
- Proven expertise in applying AI/ML techniques for industrial process optimization
- Strong leadership experience with cross-functional teams in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, MATLAB, or equivalent) and statistical methods
- Knowledge of semiconductor equipment maintenance and automation systems
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
