Are you a seasoned facilities professional looking to make an impact in the maritime and heavy engineering sector? ST Engineering Marine is seeking a dedicated Senior Engineer, Facilities to oversee operations at our Benoi facilities. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our infrastructure and building systems to support our world-class marine engineering operations.
You will lead maintenance strategies, manage vendor relationships, and implement sustainable energy solutions. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in facility management and M&E systems who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to minimize facility downtime.
- Manage external contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
- Lead and supervise facility improvement projects, including budget estimation, scheduling, and execution.
- Monitor utility consumption and identify energy-saving opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements, environmental regulations, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and provide effective troubleshooting support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facility management or industrial plant maintenance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, fire safety codes, and WSH legislation.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple contractors effectively.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid certification in relevant building services or facilities management is an added advantage.
