- Lead end-to-end engineering projects for global facility infrastructure, including design, execution, and optimization
- Develop and maintain centralized engineering standards, best practices, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, safety) to align facility engineering initiatives
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for engineering solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in facility engineering processes and technologies
- Ensure compliance with international engineering standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in facility engineering with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Strong expertise in facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural)
- Experience with engineering software (AutoCAD, BIM, energy modeling tools)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Excellent project management skills with demonstrated success in large-scale projects
- Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities for stakeholder alignment
