Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and technical supervision of HVAC and mechanical systems for large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
- Manage the integration and optimization of SCADA and Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular energy audits and power meter analysis to identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost reduction.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff and project team members.
- Oversee project lifecycle from feasibility study and design to commissioning and post-installation maintenance.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Ensure full compliance with local Singapore regulatory standards and internal safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in HVAC systems design and energy management.
- Strong technical proficiency in SCADA architectures and power metering technologies.
- Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects within the Singapore market.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and energy efficiency.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities to manage vendor and client relationships.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, RE) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
