Join Kulicke & Soffa (K&S), a global leader in the semiconductor industry, as a Senior Engineer I in our Operations Engineering team. We are looking for a dedicated technical professional to perform critical qualification work on semiconductor packaging equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for the verification of machine calibration, precise setup, and ensuring high-quality process bonding operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive qualification and testing of semiconductor packaging equipment to ensure operational readiness and reliability.
- Verify and validate machine calibration, setup parameters, and process bonding quality against strict industry standards.
- Monitor production lines to identify potential issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and R&D, to resolve equipment challenges.
- Document technical procedures, maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and enhance overall yield.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, or assembly operations.
- Strong understanding of equipment qualification processes, machine calibration, and process control.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment and perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
