Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles for critical components and raw materials.
- Analyze material requirements and forecast demand accurately to support production schedules.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships for performance, quality, and cost optimization.
- Conduct technical evaluations of raw materials and manufacturing processes to ensure specifications are met.
- Ensure strict compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and drive efficiency within the procurement department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Typically 7 years or more of relevant experience in procurement or material engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of geometric tolerances and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
