- Define and drive the comprehensive validation strategy for NAND flash memory products, ensuring alignment with product specifications and quality goals.
- Lead the execution of characterization plans, analyzing large datasets to identify performance trends, marginalities, and failure mechanisms.
- Collaborate with global Design, Test, Process, and Quality teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous product improvement.
- Develop and automate advanced test methodologies and scripts (Python/C++) to increase validation efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct in-depth electrical failure analysis using state-of-the-art lab equipment and techniques.
- Generate detailed technical reports and present findings to cross-functional teams and management.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of technical expertise within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, NAND validation, or memory test engineering.
- Deep understanding of NAND flash memory architecture, operation principles, and reliability physics.
- Strong proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, C, C++, or Perl for data analysis and tool development.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and semiconductor parameter analyzers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with a proven track record of driving complex issues to resolution.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
