- Provide 2nd and 3rd level SAP Basis support to resolve system issues and ensure optimal performance
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patch management for SAP environments
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime
- Configure and manage SAP system landscapes including development, testing, and production environments
- Implement security measures, access controls, and compliance requirements for SAP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Stay current with SAP technologies and best practices to recommend system improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems architecture, installation, and configuration
- Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and other modern SAP technologies
- Proficiency in SAP system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques
- Experience with system backup, recovery, and high availability solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with diverse teams
