RevUp Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to lead our IT Infrastructure initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our enterprise IT environment. As a Senior Engineer, you will act as a technical authority, overseeing the design and maintenance of our network and server infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions that support business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a deep understanding of modern IT systems. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and ensuring that all IT operations comply with industry standards and security protocols.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure solutions, including network, server, and cloud environments.
- Manage and monitor network hardware, virtualization platforms, and storage systems to ensure high availability.
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs to maintain robust network security.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security audits to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Lead technical projects and provide expert guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for hardware procurement and technical support.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Engineering and administration.
- Strong proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF) and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, VCP, or MCSE are highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
