Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop automotive software systems with Japanese-language documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Japanese stakeholders
- Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution of complex engineering challenges
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Participate in full lifecycle development from concept to implementation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- JLPT N2 certification or equivalent Japanese proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in automotive software development
- Strong programming skills (C/C++, Python, or embedded systems)
- Experience with automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Proven ability to work in cross-cultural environments
- Problem-solving skills for complex technical issues
