Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of semiconductor layout engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in layout optimization techniques, DFM, and EDA tools
- Proven experience with data-driven process improvement methodologies
- Strong technical coaching and team development skills
- Experience working in multinational engineering environments
