Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the deployment of Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the facility to improve process efficiency and yield.
- Act as a change agent, influencing leadership and floor staff to adopt a mindset of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead complex problem-solving projects to identify and eliminate root causes of waste and variability in manufacturing processes.
- Conduct site-wide training and workshops on Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to build internal capabilities.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality departments to streamline workflows and improve cycle times.
- Maintain a data-driven approach, utilizing statistical analysis (Minitab/SPC) to monitor and optimize process stability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) or a related technical field.
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the glass or semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of leading process improvement projects that delivered measurable financial or operational results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence change at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and change management frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
