Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical works in MEP construction projects, with a primary focus on HVAC/ACMV systems
- Ensure all mechanical installations comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for mechanical systems
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems
- Prepare project reports, including progress updates, budget considerations, and resource allocation
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in M&E engineering, with significant focus on HVAC/ACMV systems
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards
- Experience with MEP project management and coordination
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
