Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of critical M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and external vendors to ensure seamless facility operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Manage end-to-end M&E projects, from conceptual design and procurement to final implementation and commissioning.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore's BCA, NEA, and SCDF regulatory requirements, particularly those pertaining to healthcare environments.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of facility systems to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure facility longevity.
- Coordinate emergency response activities for facility-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical services.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and budgets for senior management regarding facility upgrades and capital expenditure projects.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in M&E facility management, preferably within a hospital or high-rise commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, fire safety regulations, and healthcare-specific engineering standards.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and handle multi-stakeholder projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS) and computer-aided facilities management software.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with the ability to respond effectively to critical facility failures.
- Strong communication skills, capable of liaising with medical staff, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PE, Fire Safety Manager) would be considered a distinct advantage.
