Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of M&E systems for complex building projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved within project timelines.
- Manage project budget, resources, and technical documentation to meet stringent industry standards.
- Perform detailed M&E calculations, energy modeling, and site inspections to ensure quality compliance.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Liaise with authorities and relevant stakeholders for project approvals and compliance certifications.
- Conduct site feasibility studies and troubleshoot complex engineering challenges during construction phases.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in M&E building services and consultancy.
- Proficiency in BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD for detailed technical design and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Control Regulations, Fire Safety Codes, and local construction standards.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or industrial engineering projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse project stakeholders.
- Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) or PE registration status will be highly regarded.
