Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for critical plant machinery to ensure continuous production.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and instrument faults to minimize equipment downtime and repair costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and junior engineers to ensure high technical standards.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to local safety regulations, company policies, and ISO standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures to implement long-term solutions and process improvements.
- Collaborate with production and operations managers to identify process bottlenecks and recommend equipment upgrades.
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools to ensure readiness and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in maintenance engineering within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLC systems, HMI, SCADA, and industrial automation equipment.
- Proven experience in managing maintenance budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
