In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative mechanical engineering solutions across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional facilities. Your expertise in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Fire Protection Systems, Sanitary, and Plumbing will be essential in creating safe, efficient, and sustainable built environments for our clients.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery, from conceptual design through to construction and commissioning. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems for various building types
- Manage fire protection system designs including sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and smoke control systems
- Oversee sanitary and plumbing engineering solutions for commercial and residential projects
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and project management
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent registration is preferred
- Extensive experience with ACMV, Fire Protection, Sanitary, and Plumbing systems
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation tools
- Strong knowledge of local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in Singapore
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
