- Lead end-to-end product introduction processes, ensuring timely market launches with optimal cost efficiency
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to validate product designs and production feasibility
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for new product introductions using FMEA methodologies
- Analyze market requirements and regulatory standards to ensure product compliance across target regions
- Optimize manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics for new product scalability
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Document technical specifications and create training materials for production teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product introduction, manufacturing engineering, or semiconductor industry
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and project management software
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and semiconductor quality standards
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership in multinational environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or PMP highly desirable
