Adecco is partnering with a premier global leader in semiconductor packaging and electronic assembly solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join their dynamic DA/FC (Die Attach/Fan-out) Line. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to drive operational excellence, optimize high-precision assembly processes, and ensure the highest standards of quality and yield in semiconductor manufacturing. You will be working on cutting-edge technologies including Die Attach, Wire Bonding, Fan-out, and TCB (Thermo-Compression Bonding), making a significant impact on the production of next-generation electronic devices.
As part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and maintaining the integrity of critical production lines. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and optimize production processes within the DA/FC line to maximize efficiency and yield.
- Perform complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment and process anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation solutions.
- Monitor and maintain equipment performance, ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports regarding process capabilities and performance metrics.
- Train junior engineers and operators on advanced semiconductor assembly techniques and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Materials Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor packaging, specifically with Die Attach and Wire Bonding processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of Fan-out (FO) packaging and TCB (Thermo-Compression Bonding) equipment.
- Proven track record in process optimization, yield improvement, and failure analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
