Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the technical design, engineering, and planning of electrical systems for new and existing District Cooling plants.
- Oversee project milestones, ensuring that engineering deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Conduct detailed technical feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering analyses.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices (e.g., PE Act requirements).
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and engineering staff within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, operations, and external contractors.
- Prepare technical specifications, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer in the electrical or HVAC industry, with a focus on District Cooling or similar infrastructure.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, switchgear, transformers, and control systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to safety and quality.
