Tanggung Jawab
- Lead photolithography process development and optimization for NAND memory devices
- Design and execute experiments to improve process yield, resolution, and overlay accuracy
- Analyze complex process data to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new lithography technologies into manufacturing
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on process development best practices
- Develop and maintain process documentation, specifications, and control plans
- Interface with equipment vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and implement upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor process development, specifically in photolithography
- Deep expertise in NAND memory technology and semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using metrology and process characterization tools
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems in high-volume manufacturing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team environments
