Tanggung Jawab
- Lead process integration efforts for advanced node semiconductor development and manufacturing.
- Analyze complex process data to identify root causes of yield variance and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with global process, equipment, and yield enhancement teams to optimize device performance.
- Manage technology transfer projects from pilot lines to high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
- Design and execute experiments (DOE) to improve process margins and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental protocols in all engineering tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in semiconductor process integration or a related process engineering discipline.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., Lithography, Etch, Deposition, CMP).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and data visualization.
- Proven ability to solve multi-disciplinary technical problems in a cleanroom environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions across global teams.
- Experience with DRAM or NAND flash memory technologies is highly preferred.
