Tanggung Jawab
- Lead low-yield analysis projects to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions for semiconductor products.
- Optimize test programs and hardware to reduce test time and improve overall manufacturing throughput without compromising quality.
- Conduct comprehensive failure analysis (FA) on rejected parts to support continuous product quality improvement.
- Support product qualification and characterization activities, ensuring all processes align with internal and external industry standards.
- Collaborate with assembly and fabrication teams to improve yield at the wafer and package levels.
- Develop, maintain, and document test methodologies for new and existing product lines.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and support on-floor troubleshooting for production line issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of direct experience in Product or Test Engineering within the semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) platforms and test program development (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest).
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and statistical software such as JMP, Minitab, or Python for yield enhancement.
- Proven ability in failure analysis techniques and deep understanding of semiconductor device physics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (ISO/IATF).
