Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end technical execution of special projects, focusing on EV integration and industrial automation.
- Translate client requirements into actionable engineering specifications and project roadmaps.
- Manage technical documentation, including CAD designs, project timelines, and quality compliance reports.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain departments to ensure seamless product integration.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis for new prototype concepts.
- Oversee on-site testing and commissioning of automated systems to ensure peak operational reliability.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and technical milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Proven knowledge of EV battery systems, electric drive units, or PLC/automation control systems.
- Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or PMP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between regional and global teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on continuous improvement and innovation.
