Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end HVAC system design and implementation for data center projects
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE standards, local regulations, and client specifications
- Manage project lifecycle from conception through commissioning and handover
- Optimize HVAC performance for energy efficiency and thermal management
- Coordinate with electrical, structural, and IT teams for integrated solutions
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical troubleshooting support
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation and project reports
- Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative team culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 7 years of HVAC project engineering experience in data centers
- Professional certification (PE, PMP, or LEED AP) preferred
- Expertise in load calculations, psychrometrics, and HVAC system modeling
- Strong knowledge of critical facility infrastructure and redundancy strategies
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC simulation tools
- Demonstrated experience managing projects exceeding MYR 5M
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
