Rehlko Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Engineer, Project Management to join our dynamic team in Jurong East. You will lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies to final delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Conduct comprehensive project feasibility studies to assess technical, financial, and operational viability.
- Manage the end-to-end submission process, ensuring all technical documents are prepared and approved by relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Administer and negotiate variation orders, ensuring accurate documentation and cost control.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams, including contractors, vendors, and internal engineering departments.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks and resolve bottlenecks.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation for executive review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or a closely related discipline).
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in project management, specifically within the engineering/construction sector.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design tools.
- Strong knowledge of local Singaporean building codes, regulations, and submission protocols.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing submittals and complex variation orders.
- Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is highly advantageous.
