- End-to-end ownership of AI deployment projects in manufacturing environments
- Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and production specialists
- Develop and execute project roadmaps with clear milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
- Implement agile methodologies to ensure iterative development and rapid deployment cycles
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications across all organizational levels
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement in AI deployment processes and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with AI/ML deployment focus
- Proven track record in managing technology projects in manufacturing or industrial settings
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required with Scrum/Agile certifications
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle and deployment challenges
- Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and CI/CD pipelines
