Tanggung Jawab
- Lead commissioning activities for marine systems, ensuring compliance with IMO, class society, and client specifications
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC procedures for marine equipment and systems integration
- Conduct system testing, fault diagnosis, and performance validation during commissioning phases
- Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation for regulatory approval and client handover
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians on QA best practices and commissioning methodologies
- Collaborate with design, production, and project teams to resolve technical issues
- Stay updated with evolving maritime regulations and technological advancements in marine systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marine systems commissioning and QA/QC
- Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations (IMO, SOLAS, class rules)
- Proven experience leading commissioning teams for complex marine projects
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) is highly desirable
- Expertise in marine system testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
