Join ASMPT as a Senior Engineer (QMS) and lead the transformation of our quality management systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards
- Lead internal audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to quality regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate quality standards into product development lifecycle
- Manage documentation systems including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions
- Train personnel on quality standards and best practices across organizational levels
- Monitor KPIs and report on quality performance to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems implementation
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification required
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining QMS in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality regulations
- Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in quality management software and documentation systems
