Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, validate, and document robust repair procedures for critical aircraft engine or structural components.
- Lead inspection process development to ensure compliance with stringent aviation regulatory standards (e.g., EASA, FAA).
- Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) on component failures and implement effective corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and shop floor operations, to optimize turnaround times.
- Manage technical documentation, including technical specifications, repair manuals, and process flow charts.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex repair engineering methodologies.
- Support the procurement of specialized testing and inspection equipment for facility upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in aerospace repair development, manufacturing, or quality inspection.
- Strong understanding of aerospace materials (superalloys, composites) and their behavior under stress.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) standards.
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace regulations, specifically Part 145 requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational (MNC) corporate environment.
