Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the structural design process for complex building projects, ensuring adherence to building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Perform detailed structural analysis and modeling using industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE).
- Prepare comprehensive structural reports, design calculations, and technical documentation for internal and client reviews.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, M&E consultants, and contractors, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on design methodologies and professional development.
- Participate in client meetings, site inspections, and design workshops to resolve technical issues during construction.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuously keep up-to-date with emerging trends, innovative structural materials, and sustainable construction practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in structural building design within a consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of Eurocodes or relevant local Building Codes and Authority regulations in Singapore.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and BIM tools such as Revit and Tekla Structures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification or progress toward registration is highly desirable.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and sustainable engineering solutions.
