We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Engineer, Sustainability to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will drive the technical excellence and sustainability initiatives that define our global projects.
You will lead the design and implementation of innovative sustainability solutions, ensuring that our infrastructure projects not only meet but exceed environmental standards. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complex regulatory landscape of Singapore while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and technical development of sustainability strategies for major infrastructure projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, and life-cycle analysis.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes (BCA) and international green building standards (e.g., LEED, Green Mark).
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to integrate sustainability into the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and presentations for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in sustainability engineering or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in CAD, Revit, or other BIM software.
- Deep understanding of green building principles, carbon footprint reduction, and energy efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in the Singapore construction and infrastructure market is highly desirable.
