Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end system design lifecycle from concept to implementation
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and optimization of system architectures
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in systems design and engineering
- Proven expertise in designing complex embedded systems or infrastructure solutions
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO, IEEE) and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in system modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink) and CAD software
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and technical presentations
