Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive technical and commercial tenders for marine civil engineering projects.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies and cost analyses to ensure competitive yet profitable project bids.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and consultants to align technical requirements with client expectations.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Perform rigorous risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies during the tender phase.
- Review and interpret complex marine construction standards, codes, and local regulations.
- Provide expert technical advice and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in marine civil engineering, with a strong focus on the tendering department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s construction regulations, tendering procedures, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or PPM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid engineering license or professional qualification (e.g., PE, CEng) is highly preferred.
