Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement robust Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test programs and hardware for new RF integrated circuits (RFICs) and semiconductor products.
- Debug and optimize test programs and hardware to achieve desired test coverage, yield, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Product, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to define test requirements, characterize new products, and resolve production test issues.
- Perform statistical data analysis to identify and drive improvements in test methods, product quality, and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for test specifications, procedures, and reports.
- Evaluate and qualify new test methodologies and equipment to enhance test capabilities and efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Qorvo's quality standards and industry best practices throughout the test development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor ATE test development, preferably with a focus on RF products.
- Proficiency with industry-standard ATE platforms such as Teradyne UltraFLEX, Advantest 93000, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, or other relevant scripting languages for test program development.
- Solid understanding of RF fundamentals, analog/mixed-signal circuits, and digital electronics.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Excel) for test data analysis and yield optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to debug complex hardware and software issues on ATE platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
