Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop advanced test methodologies to support new product introductions and existing test platforms.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of innovative test hardware and software solutions to improve test coverage and reduce cycle time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to resolve complex technical issues related to test technology.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives for test efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on test hardware design and equipment optimization.
- Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with global quality and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering or related product engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in automated test equipment (ATE) programming and debugging.
- Solid understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal testing principles.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, or Python/SQL for engineering analysis.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects within strict timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
