Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize semiconductor unit processes for manufacturing excellence
- Lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process deviations and improve yield rates
- Develop robust process control methodologies using statistical analysis and DOE techniques
- Collaborate with equipment vendors to integrate and validate new manufacturing technologies
- Document standardized procedures and train junior engineers on best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives reducing cost and enhancing product quality
- Ensure compliance with semiconductor industry standards (ISO, SEMI)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or related manufacturing
- Expertise in process characterization, DOE, and statistical process control
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (JMP, Minitab)
- Experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment (etch, deposition, lithography)
- Demonstrated project leadership in cross-functional technical environments
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical documentation skills
